Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into Transformer architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Develop and enforce guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in automated decision-making.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex engineering challenges in high-pressure environments.
