Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-scale distributed systems for Project 2026, ensuring 99.99% uptime and low latency.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines and data throughput for real-time inference.
- Lead the migration of legacy monolithic applications to microservices architecture using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, frontend developers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Implement rigorous security protocols and data governance policies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend engineering or software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated expertise in designing for scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
