Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement high-availability, distributed systems to support the training and serving of large-scale AI models.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize infrastructure latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- CI/CD Implementation: Build robust pipelines for model deployment, ensuring rapid iteration and zero-downtime rollouts.
- Collaborate with Research: Partner with data scientists and ML researchers to translate theoretical models into production-ready software.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce best practices for data security, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on backend systems or MLOps.
- Languages: Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Infrastructure: Deep experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex distributed system issues under pressure.
