Responsibilities
- Architect and design highly scalable, distributed systems for training and deploying large-scale machine learning models.
- Optimize GPU cluster utilization and reduce inference latency for real-time AI applications.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to automate model training, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and researchers to translate complex model requirements into resilient infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and disaster recovery protocols are strictly followed.
- Drive technical strategy and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern scripting languages.
- Extensive knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in distributed computing, high-performance computing (HPC), and parallel processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
