Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP) optimized for AI workloads.
- Lead the technical roadmap for our 2026 product vision, ensuring long-term system scalability and resilience.
- Design and optimize deep learning pipelines to reduce latency and improve model inference speeds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and observability within the engineering organization.
- Drive cost optimization strategies for large-scale compute resources and cloud spending.
- mentor junior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and infrastructure architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservices, and containerization technologies.
- Experience with data governance, security protocols, and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-availability systems.
