Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability, distributed AI infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for maximum performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into core business applications.
- Establish best practices for security, monitoring, and scaling of ML workloads.
- Research and evaluate emerging hardware accelerators (GPUs, TPUs) to drive innovation.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- 5+ years of specific experience in Machine Learning Infrastructure or MLOps.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or C++.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with big data technologies (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop).
- Strong background in distributed systems theory and algorithms.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
