Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen Architectures: Architect and implement distributed AI infrastructure capable of scaling to millions of concurrent users and processing petabytes of data.
- Optimize Compute Resources: Implement advanced model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning) to reduce latency and operational costs.
- Lead R&D Integration: Collaborate with research teams to transition theoretical models into production-ready software components.
- Ensure System Resilience: Build fault-tolerant systems that guarantee 99.99% uptime and seamless data integrity across global nodes.
- Drive Technical Strategy: Define the long-term roadmap for AI infrastructure, evaluating emerging technologies like Neuromorphic computing and Edge AI.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt infrastructure strategies for the next decade.
