Responsibilities
- Design and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models tailored for the 2026 tech stack.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for edge deployment and cloud scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI architectures.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model security.
- Experiment with novel architectures including Transformers, Graph Neural Networks, and Agentic AI workflows.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI regulations and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
