Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the long-term technical strategy for AI integration, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead Generative AI Innovation: Spearhead the development and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems that handle high-throughput data processing and machine learning inference.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical architectures.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize models for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Mastery: Proven track record of building, training, and deploying state-of-the-art machine learning models.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry trends and align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
