Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Intelligence: Design and deploy cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multi-Agent Systems optimized for real-time decision making.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Build cloud-native architectures capable of handling the computational demands of 2026 and quantum-ready hardware integration.
- Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision for our 2026 product suite, bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical application.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement rigorous safety protocols and bias mitigation strategies to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of AI researchers and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in emerging tech sectors (Web3, Spatial Computing, or GenAI).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
