Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable AI systems and infrastructure for Year 2026-ready applications.
- Model Optimization: Research, develop, and optimize deep learning models to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define the roadmap for AI integration and future technology adoption.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor system performance and conduct rigorous testing to ensure high availability and low latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
