Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration, specifically focusing on 2026 milestones and beyond.
- System Design: Architect high-performance, distributed systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI model training.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future tech implementations adhere to rigorous security standards and data privacy regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders and product teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading AI or Machine Learning initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
- Innovation: Strong understanding of current AI trends and the ability to anticipate future technological shifts.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on scalable solutions and optimization.
