Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-scale, distributed systems tailored for the '2026' era of AI and automation.
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the Future Systems division.
- Lead the integration of advanced Machine Learning models into core product infrastructure.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure code quality, security, and scalability standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including LLMs, edge computing, and generative AI.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle high concurrency and massive scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with blockchain or decentralized systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
