Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to translate abstract future concepts into concrete, production-ready code.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging technologies to ensure Apex remains ahead of the curve by 2026.
- Oversee system security, scalability, and performance optimization for large-scale data processing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems design.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact technical projects.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
