Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling the computational demands of 2026.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead research into Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for edge computing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex technical concepts into market-ready products.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters and ensure maximum throughput and minimal latency.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and implementing future-proof solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Deep expertise in algorithm design, system optimization, and high-scale data processing.
