Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 Ethical Frameworks: Architect and maintain comprehensive governance policies that guide the development and deployment of AI models, specifically anticipating 2026 regulatory shifts.
- Algorithmic Auditing: Conduct rigorous bias detection and fairness audits on generative AI and predictive models to ensure equitable outcomes across diverse user demographics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, legal, and product teams to integrate ethical considerations into the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) from concept to deployment.
- Global Compliance Strategy: Monitor and interpret evolving international AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, future US federal standards) and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Public & Internal Education: Lead internal training sessions and publish white papers to raise awareness about AI safety and ethical decision-making within the organization and the wider tech community.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Law, Philosophy, or a related field, with a focus on Technology Ethics or AI Policy.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in policy development, regulatory compliance, or technical risk management within the tech industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP, and generative AI architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and anticipate future technological trends, specifically regarding the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for diverse audiences, including executives and policymakers.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of navigating ambiguous regulatory environments and delivering solutions under pressure.
