Responsibilities

- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency to ensure optimal user experiences.
- Research & Prototyping: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching cutting-edge techniques and prototyping innovative solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our product ecosystem.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and CI/CD standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-ready models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of neural network architectures and training methodologies.
- Big Data: Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex algorithmic challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
