Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of deep learning architectures for Project 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, research, and engineering) to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency on edge devices.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI to integrate new methodologies into our stack.
- Define and enforce best practices for data pipelines and model deployment.
Qualifications
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in building production-level machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
