Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural architectures for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, data scientists, and engineersâto translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or delivering production-level AI products.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
