- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing teams to prototype hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead technical reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Strategic Implementation: Translate complex research papers into production-ready code and deployable APIs.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
