Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Conduct research and development on cutting-edge NLP and generative AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to define AI-driven product features.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy in high-traffic production environments.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI frameworks and research papers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-ready machine learning models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models) and RAG architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
