Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning models for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning to push the boundaries of what is possible.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure model interpretability, efficiency, and adherence to ethical AI standards.
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for real-time inference at scale.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) building and deploying production-grade ML models.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
