Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Generative AI models (e.g., LLaMA, GPT-4, Mistral) for enterprise applications.
- Optimize inference pipelines for latency and throughput using techniques such as quantization, distillation, and caching.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel architectures and training methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate complex requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous evaluation and testing to ensure model accuracy, safety, and bias mitigation.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
