Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Architect scalable MLOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance model accuracy and context.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous research into novel AI architectures and ethical AI practices.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs (TCO).
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with transformer models and fine-tuning techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Demonstrable experience in MLOps, CI/CD, and model versioning (MLflow, DVC).
