Responsibilities

- System Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines ensuring low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, including Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning, to propose novel solutions for 2026.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models seamlessly into our product ecosystem.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning engineering.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex algorithmic problems.
