Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning agents.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for production deployment.
- Conduct rigorous research to improve model accuracy, hallucination rates, and generalization capabilities.
- Establish MLOps pipelines to automate model training, validation, and deployment cycles.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer models, Attention mechanisms, and tokenization strategies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in mathematics, linear algebra, and probability theory.
