Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced Machine Learning models and neural architectures.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI (LLMs, Diffusion models) to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize large-scale AI models for inference speed and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic papers and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models.
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI applications.
