Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures for production environments.
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI development, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency using advanced optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and researchers to define AI requirements.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, documentation, and MLOps (Machine Learning Operations).
- Stay current with the latest research in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision principles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
