Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure for generative AI models.
- Lead research and development into Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agents.
- Optimize model inference latency and memory usage for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing features.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience deploying AI models to production environments using cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in data engineering and MLOps pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems.
