Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model reliability and compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy and architecture.
Qualifications
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and big data technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable AI products to market.
