Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to define AI requirements and roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs on cloud infrastructure.
- Research and implement the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and data governance.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance testing to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
