Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Lead the full ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model evaluation and monitoring.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure product excellence and reliability.
- Provide technical mentorship and code reviews to junior engineering team members.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Extensive experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production that impact key business metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
