- Optimize model inference for high-scale production environments, ensuring sub-millisecond latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Drive the integration of AI capabilities into our core product suite.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU programming (CUDA).
- Strong experience with LLMs, Transformers, and NLP techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
