Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Optimization: Fine-tune existing models for production environments, focusing on latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest AI research and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our architecture.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Infrastructure: Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure scalable and secure cloud infrastructure for AI workloads.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- NLP Expertise: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
