Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for large-scale production environments.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and fairness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference times and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production (MLOps experience preferred).
- Deep understanding of NLP architectures (Transformers, BERT, GPT) or Computer Vision models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
