Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and large language models (LLMs).
- Optimize inference pipelines for speed and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality datasets and implement data augmentation strategies.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model robustness, safety, and fairness.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI architectures, frameworks, and algorithms.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Sagemaker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
