Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure for 2026 readiness.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for integrating emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum ML) into our core product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and security experts.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive research on cutting-edge algorithms and evaluate their feasibility for production deployment.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency in high-traffic environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure projects (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
