Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the Vision 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems using modern cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Lead architecture reviews and technical decision-making processes for complex machine learning pipelines.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Quantum Computing integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and cloud deployments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
