Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define the architectural strategy and technical milestones for our upcoming AI platforms, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Model Optimization: Spearhead research into model compression, quantization, and edge deployment strategies to ensure latency-free performance.
- Tech Stack Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, neuromorphic computing) into our core architecture.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
