Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures tailored for the 2026 tech stack.
- Generative AI Leadership: Drive the research and implementation of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency to support real-time, production-grade applications.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define the long-term AI roadmap and technical vision.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.
- Deployment & MLOps: Oversee the deployment of AI models into cloud environments, ensuring robust monitoring and CI/CD integration.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect role.
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of working with Transformers, NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
