Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for AI integration, focusing on scalability, security, and future-proofing.
- Lead Advanced R&D: Spearhead research in Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and edge computing architectures.
- Model Optimization: Design systems that optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI transparency, bias mitigation, and compliance with future regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical visions into actionable strategies for C-suite executives and product managers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading technical initiatives with a 5+ year horizon.
