Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable Agentic AI frameworks tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure maximum inference efficiency and low latency.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct high-level research into emerging AI paradigms, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and data scientists in best practices for ethical AI and system security.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Compliance & Safety: Establish rigorous governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs align with safety and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Futuristic Outlook: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architectural strategies for future-proofing applications.
- Problem Solving: Strong track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
