Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the core technical strategy and architectural blueprint for our 2026 AI deployment, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance.
- Model Development: Design and optimize deep learning models, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents for high-stakes environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models with legacy systems and new cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all AI systems adhere to global ethical guidelines and privacy regulations.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with the C-suite to translate business goals into technical roadmaps for the 2026 fiscal year.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying LLMs or Generative AI products in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative, scalable solutions.
