Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure specifically tailored for 2026 market requirements and latency standards.
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technology trends.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Networks to improve inference speed and accuracy.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emergent technologies such as Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and product managers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with a proven track record of shipping complex production systems.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated experience with quantum-ready algorithms or federated learning architectures.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
