Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of advanced AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives focused on emerging AI paradigms, ensuring our technology stack remains years ahead of the market curve.
- System Optimization: Engineer scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior data scientists and AI researchers.
- Strategic Implementation: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps for the 2026 product vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
