Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Quantum Neural Networks optimized for next-gen processing.
- Lead the architectural vision for our proprietary Generative AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Neural Interfaces into consumer hardware.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring transparency and bias mitigation in 2026 standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Conduct research on emerging paradigms such as Brain-Computer Interfaces and autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and software architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust with experience in distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and Large Language Models.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or significant research experience in quantum algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
