Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our cutting-edge research division focused on the technological paradigms of 2026 and beyond. At Nexus Future Labs, we don't just predict the future; we engineer it. You will be at the forefront of developing scalable, ethical, and transformative artificial intelligence systems designed to solve complex global challenges.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning research and practical, high-impact engineering solutions. If you are passionate about the trajectory of AI and want to define the standards for the next generation of intelligent systems, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable neural network architectures tailored for next-gen processing paradigms.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers in delivering high-impact AI prototypes.
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, transparency, and bias mitigation standards.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Optimize model performance for edge computing and distributed systems environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning, with a preference for candidates with expertise in future-forward modalities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
