This role is pivotal in defining the technical roadmap that will power our future products and services.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI capabilities and practical, scalable engineering solutions, ensuring our systems are robust, ethical, and ready for the challenges of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI systems and cloud infrastructure aligned with 2026 technical standards.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Develop and fine-tune machine learning models, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and reduced computational costs.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define long-term technical strategies and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neural Interfaces) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI and Machine Learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Generative AI frameworks.
- Proven experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
