Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex AI and Machine Learning systems for the 2026 product suite.
- Define technical strategies to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and edge computing.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and model inference engines for production environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
