Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement robust, scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and LLM fine-tuning workflows.
- Model Optimization: Focus on inference optimization, quantization, and latency reduction to ensure real-time user experiences.
- Research Implementation: Translate academic research into production-ready code, experimenting with state-of-the-art architectures like Transformers and Diffusion models.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to define AI capabilities that align with our strategic roadmap.
- Ethical AI: Ensure our models are unbiased, safe, and compliant with emerging AI regulations and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- NLP Expertise: Strong understanding of NLP concepts, tokenization, and context windows.
- Tools: Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
